A physician-directed Registered Nurse comes to your home — to actually examine you, run tests, and get you treatment — usually within 24 hours. Real clinical care, real equipment, on your schedule.
Be first when bookings open. No obligation — one email on launch day.
We'll email you when bookings open in your area. No spam, no pressure.
Most virtual care gives you a video call and a best guess. We send a clinician to your door with real diagnostic tools, and a physician directing every encounter. High-quality care — without the waiting room.
We look in your ears — properly, with a real otoscope. Ear infections diagnosed on the visit, not guessed at over FaceTime.
Auscultation, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation. We listen. We assess. You get an actual clinical impression, not a symptom checklist.
Blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, SpO₂ — measured at your bedside, not estimated from a selfie.
Urine dip, strep swab, viral swab, glucose — read before we leave. No waiting 48 hours for lab results on a simple question.
Suitable ongoing medications can be continued or bridged — so a missed appointment doesn't mean a missed dose.
Worried about a new mole or rash? Dermoscopy image captured at home, reviewed by our physician, with a clear next step.
A focused, safe set of acute and episodic services. We're building the service methodically — Phase 2 and 3 expand the scope as we grow the team.
Otoscopy, lung auscultation, abdominal palpation, skin inspection, and a full vital-signs set. The exam your video appointment skipped.
Suspected ear infection, sore throat, respiratory illness, UTI, viral illness. We assess, test on-site, and get you to treatment the same visit.
Urine dipstick, rapid strep swab, viral swab (flu/COVID/RSV), capillary glucose — all read on the spot before we leave.
New prescriptions for findings within scope (via our physician), and continuation of suitable chronic medications when clinically appropriate.
Dermoscopy image capture of a new or changing skin lesion, reviewed by our physician with a written recommendation and next-step plan.
Vitals, assessment, and medication review for patients managing hypertension, diabetes, COPD, or other stable chronic conditions.

Visit requirements
A person aged 18 or over must be present at the home for the entire visit. We cannot see minors as the primary patient under this service at launch.
The visit location must be safely accessible to our nurse, with a clear space to conduct the assessment.
If your condition changes or worsens before we arrive, call 911 — don't wait for the visit.
The patient (or a capable substitute decision-maker) must be able to provide informed consent at the time of the visit.
Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or physical aggression of any kind — toward our nurse or anyone present — will not be tolerated. The visit will be ended immediately and no refund will be issued.
Clear, upfront fees for the private nursing and clinical services we deliver in your home. No surprise billing.
A tight geographic cluster — so we can keep our response-time promise.
Mississauga and Milton coming in phase 2. Register your interest above and mention your city — we'll prioritise expansion there first.
Home doesn't mean lower standard. Every safeguard you'd expect at a clinic, brought to your door.
Our medical director is a CPSO-registered physician. Every directive is signed by them; they're on video for every clinical decision.
Our nurses hold CNO registration in good standing, are competency-checked, and carry CNPS professional liability coverage.
We screen every request before dispatching — so you're never waiting on us for something that should go to an ER.
Our nurses work under physician-signed standing orders — no improvisation on scope. They know exactly what they can do, and when to escalate.
Every visit carries a full emergency kit. Our nurses are trained in recognising and managing acute deterioration — and in stabilising the patient while paramedics are en route.
Visit notes, test results, and your information are handled to PHIPA standards. We share with your family doctor only with your consent.
Not here? Register your interest and we'll reply directly.
We're finalizing our clinical team and protocols, and expect to open bookings in Oakville and Burlington in the coming months. Waitlist members are emailed first — before we open publicly.
After you book, a member of our team reviews your request before we dispatch a nurse. We're checking that your concern fits our scope, that our service is the right level of care (vs. an ER or your GP), and confirming any details we need to prepare the right equipment. We'll contact you quickly — usually within a few hours. This step protects you and helps us show up ready.
Our target is to dispatch a nurse within 24 hours of a confirmed, triaged booking. We guarantee arrival within 72 hours. You'll receive a confirmed 2-hour arrival window so you're not sitting at home all day. For anything urgent, please call 911 or go to an emergency room — we are not an emergency service.
Yes. A person aged 18 or over must be present and available for the full duration of the visit. We cannot perform the visit if no adult is present at the home.
At launch, our service is for adult patients (18+). Paediatric visits may be added in a future phase — register your interest and mention it in the notes field.
The nursing visit fee — which covers the nurse's time, travel, physical examination, and point-of-care testing — is private-pay and not funded by OHIP. If our physician makes a clinical decision (prescribes, diagnoses, or consults) during the visit, that physician service is billed to OHIP directly for eligible patients at no cost to you. We never charge patients for OHIP-insured services.
Yes, in many cases. Our physician can issue new prescriptions and continue suitable chronic medications during the visit. Certain nurses on our team also hold RN prescribing authorization for conditions such as uncomplicated UTI.
Where it is clinically appropriate and falls within our scope, yes — our physician can continue or bridge ongoing medications. This is assessed case by case during the visit.
Call 911 immediately. Do not wait for us. Our service is for non-emergency concerns only. If your symptoms escalate — chest pain, trouble breathing, confusion, or anything that feels urgent — please go to an emergency room or call 911.
Yes, with the facility's agreement and coordination. If you're a residence director or care coordinator, register your interest above and note it — we'll follow up directly.
